Straight answers
You can get a working draft, and for a simple calculator that may be enough. The hard part is everything after the draft: putting it live on your site, connecting it to your email or calendar, keeping customer information safe, testing it on phones, and fixing it when something changes. That's the part we take on. If a free tool or a quick AI build will do the job, we'll tell you.
It stays with you. We collect only what the tool needs, store it in accounts you own, and never sell or share it. If a tool handles sensitive information, we talk through where it lives before we build.
Yes, and we're upfront about it. AI helps us build faster and keep prices low. A person still designs, checks, tests and stands behind every tool.
Often you should, and we'll tell you if one fits. Off-the-shelf apps are built for everyone, so you end up changing how you work to fit them. A custom tool does the one job you need, the way you already do it, and nothing you have to work around.

With tool care, we watch it, fix it and keep it up to date. Without tool care, we fix problems at our normal rate and tell you the price first.
Usually, yes. Many tools can send data to your email, calendar, spreadsheet or CRM. We check what's possible on the first call, before you pay anything.
Most small tools take one to three weeks from the fixed quote to going live. You'll get a timeline with your quote.
