All prices in Canadian dollars. Small change means up to 30 minutes a month: text, photos, hours, prices, links. Anything bigger is quoted first.

Do it yourself, or hand it off?
Can't I just use ChatGPT or Claude to build my site?
Honestly, you can get a lot done with them. AI can write your copy and even the code for a page. What it won't do is buy your domain, set up hosting, connect the two, publish the site, make sure your contact form actually reaches your inbox, set you up properly on Google, or fix things when they break at 9 p.m. You also need to know what to ask for and spot when the answer is wrong. If you enjoy tinkering and have the hours, go for it. If you'd rather spend those hours on your business, that's what we're for.
Do you use AI too?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. AI helps us draft and build faster, which is a big part of why we can keep prices this low. But every site is designed, written, checked and launched by a person who knows what a small business needs from a website.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace myself?
They're good tools, and plenty of people make them work. The catch is that the tool is only the start. You still have to design it, write every word, find the photos, learn the settings, and keep it current. Most owners we talk to started a site on one of them and never finished it. If yours is half-built in a drawer somewhere, you're not alone.
Will my site show up on Google and in AI search like ChatGPT?
We build every page so search engines and AI tools can read it properly: clear headings, the right page titles and descriptions, structured data that spells out who you are, what you do and where, and plain answers to the questions your customers actually ask. That gives you the best shot at showing up. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or AI mentions, and anyone who does is selling you something.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and the site is yours.
How long does it take?
A one-page site is usually live within a week of our first call, often sooner. New pages and blog articles typically go up within a few business days of your approval.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it properly, or take over the care of what you have if it's in good shape. Either way, we'll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
How is this different from a freelancer or a web agency?
A freelancer usually builds the site and moves on, so updates are back on you. An agency often looks after it, but at agency prices. We sit in between: a custom site at a flat price, then the same person looking after it every month for $75.
