We compare 50+ lenders on your behalf — banks, credit unions and specialty lenders — so you can buy, renew or refinance with clarity, not guesswork.

Whether it’s your first condo in Burlington or your third renewal on a family home in Oakville, the work is the same: read the fine print, compare honestly, explain plainly.
From pre-approval to closing day, we explain every number — down payment, CMHC insurance, land transfer tax rebates and the FHSA.
Most homeowners sign the first renewal letter they get. We shop your mortgage across lenders 120 days before maturity — at no cost to you.
Consolidate higher-interest debt, fund a renovation or access equity, with a clear comparison of penalties against savings.
Business owners and contractors with write-offs need a lender that reads a T1 properly. We know which ones do.
A small difference in rate compounds over a five-year term. Here’s a simple example of monthly principal-and-interest payments on a 25-year amortization.
| Mortgage | At 4.50% | At 5.00% |
|---|---|---|
| $400,000 | $2,214 | $2,326 |
| $500,000 | $2,767 | $2,908 |
| $650,000 | $3,597 | $3,780 |

We learn your goals, timeline and anything unusual about your income. No credit check yet.
A short, secure checklist. We map out term, amortization and lender options side by side.
We submit to the lender that fits — not the one with the loudest billboard — and negotiate terms.
We coordinate with your lawyer and realtor until funds are advanced, then check in at every renewal.
Including major banks and credit unions, plus monoline and alternative lenders for files that don’t fit a bank’s box.

“My job is to sit on your side of the table — and to tell you when the best move is to do nothing.”
Daniel spent seven years in branch lending before opening Keystone in 2012. He saw how often good borrowers were offered one product, one rate and one answer — and built a brokerage to fix that.
Today he and a small team of agents serve Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Hamilton, with a particular focus on first-time buyers and self-employed professionals. He lives in Roseland with his family and still answers his own phone.
A few words from homeowners across Halton who trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
“We were sure our bank's offer was the best we'd get. Daniel found us a five-year fixed that saved us just under $11,000 over the term.”
“Three years of self-employed income and two lenders had already said no. Keystone had us approved in nine days.”
“Calm, organized and honest about the penalty math. We refinanced only when it actually made sense.”

Don’t see yours? It’s probably a good one for the call.
For most residential mortgages, no. We are compensated by the lender when your mortgage funds. If a file ever requires a broker fee — typically private or alternative lending — we disclose it in writing before you proceed.
No. The first call is a conversation. We only request a credit check once you decide to move forward, and a single broker inquiry is used for multiple lenders.
About four months before your maturity date. Most lenders allow a rate hold of 120 days, which gives us time to compare and switch if it's worth it.
Usually two years of T1 Generals and Notices of Assessment, plus business bank statements. Depending on the lender, stated-income programs may also be available.
Our office is in Burlington and we know Halton well, but we arrange mortgages across Ontario by video or phone.
No obligation. Just a clear conversation about where you are and what your options look like.
