Why it's custom, not cookie-cutter
- Priced per square foot of roof, with Northline's own rates for architectural, designer and metal roofs.
- Steep pitches cost more because they need harnesses and slower crews, so pitch is a multiplier, not a guess.
- A second layer of old shingles adds tear-off and disposal. 'Not sure' prices in between, so nobody is scared off.
- Never shows less than Northline's real minimum job, and always points to the free roof check for the fixed quote.
How we built it
- 1. Pricing sheet to rulesWe turned the owner's paper pricing sheet and minimums into a few clear rules.
- 2. Built to match the siteSame fonts, colours and voice as the main website, so it feels like one business.
- 3. Tested on real jobsWe ran past quotes through it and tuned the range until it matched what the crew actually charged.
