Why it's custom, not cookie-cutter
- Uses Wildroot's own rules: puppies from 16 weeks, core vaccines plus bordetella, and spay or neuter for older dogs.
- Sorts dogs into Wildroot's play groups by size, age and play style, the same way staff split groups of 8 or fewer.
- Dogs who prefer people are pointed kindly to adventure walks or boarding, never just told no.
- Every eligible dog ends at a temperament visit with the intake lead, because that's how Wildroot keeps groups safe.
- Vaccine expiry dates drive warnings on the daily board and reminders 30 days out, so no dog is turned away at the door.
- Day packs live as credits that come off at check-in, and a rebook nudge goes out before they run dry.
How we built it

- 4. Connected the floorPriya's scorecard places the dog on the daily board, check-ins use credits, and report cards go straight to owners.
