- Recommends only Fungi Fuel's three tiers, Curious, Regular and Household, and flags when someone will run short.
- Picks ground, instant or a mix based on how people brew, because the Regular box lets you mix formats.
- Talks like the brand, and answers the caffeine and lion's mane questions straight from the product page.
- Cancel clicks get a save offer matched to the reason, and repeat skips flag a subscriber as a churn risk for the founder.
- Packing lists add up bags by product, not by order, and the 'running low?' email is timed to each subscriber's cup count.
How we built it

- 2. Matched the brandSame loud colours, chunky buttons and cheeky voice as the shop, so it feels native.
- 3. Wired to the cartThe result adds the right box and format to the cart in one click.
- 4. Connected the back officeAccount changes feed the owner dashboard, packing list and email timeline, so nothing is copied by hand.
